【摘要】 目的分析过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿对常见吸入物过敏原阳性反应状况,为HSP的病因诊断及防治提供依据。方法选择2011年2月至2012年5月四川大学华西第二医院收治的110例HSP患儿为研究对象,采用丹麦ALK-ABELLO公司试剂,通过皮肤点刺试验对13种常见吸入物过敏原进行检测(本研究遵循的程序符合四川大学华西第二医院人体试验委员会制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会批准,征得受试对象监护人知情同意,并与监护人签署临床研究知情同意书)。结果本组110例患儿中,共计107例检出阳性过敏原,阳性率为97.3%;阳性率最高的前3种过敏原分别是粉尘螨、屋尘螨和美洲大蠊,阳性率分别为93.6%,79.1%和63.6%;本组对3种及以上吸入物过敏的患儿共计101人,占总人数的91.8%;屋尘螨、热带螨、狗、艾蒿和霉菌Ⅰ等5种吸入物过敏原阳性率性别差异比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而HSP肾炎与常见吸入物过敏原间无相关关系。结论绝大部分HSP患儿存在常见吸入物过敏,减少吸入物过敏原的接触可能对HSP病情控制有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the allergic reactions to common inhalant allergens in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP),hoping to identify new diagnostic and therapeutic targets in HSP. Methods A total of 110children with HSP from February 2011to May 2012in our hospital underwent skin prick tests with 13common aeroallergens using allergen extracts obtained from ALK-ABELLO company(Horsholm,Denmark).The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Beings of West China Second University Hospital,Sichuan University.Informed consent was obtained from the parents of each participating patient.Results A total of 107children presented with positive reactions to tested allergens(97.3%).dermatophagoides farinae,dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and periplaneta americana were manifested with the highest positive rates(93.6%,79.1% and 63.6%, respectively).Of the 101children had allergic reactions to no less than 3aeroallergens(91.8%).The positive rates of dermatophagoides pteronyssinus,tropical mites,dog,mugwort and mixed mouldⅠwere significantly different among male and female HSP children(P<0.05).But there was no correlation between the positive aeroallergens and HSP nephritis.Conclusions Most HSP children had positive skin reactions to common aeroallergens.It might be beneficial in the treatment of HSP by reducing exposure to aeroallergens.更多还原
