【摘要】 分析了烘缸积水对系统能耗、纸张质量和设备运行的影响,阐述了烘缸积水的判断、处理方法和处理效果。烘缸积水时,需根据生产运行参数的变化趋势和严重程度,分别采取放慢车速、停机排水、停机检修等措施进行处理。生产实践表明,对于烘缸排水措施进行完善设计或对积水烘缸及其蒸汽系统进行技术改造,可以从根本上解决烘缸积水问题。更多还原
