【摘要】 利用各种现代色谱方法从药用真菌竹黄菌Shiaria Bambusicola子座提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离纯化14个化合物,通过波谱技术和理化性质鉴定它们的结构为竹红菌甲素(1),竹红菌乙素(2),竹红菌丙素(3),hypomycin A(4),麦角甾醇(5),麦角甾醇过氧化物(6),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-过氧化麦角甾-6,9(11),22-三烯-3β-醇(7),麦角甾-7,24(28)-二烯-3β-醇(8),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(9),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇-3-O-棕榈酸酯(10),(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇-6-O-棕榈酸酯(11),棕榈酸-α-单甘油酯(12),棕榈酸-α,α’-甘油二酯(13),甘露醇(14)。其中化合物7～13为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fourteen compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate of the ethanol extract of Shiaria bambusicola by various chromatographic methods,and their structures were elucidated by spectral techniques and physicochemical properties as hypocrellin A(1),hypocrellin B(2),hypocrellin C(3),hypomycin A(4),ergosterol(5),ergosterol peroxide(6),(22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxy-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol(7),ergosta-7,24(28)-dien-3β-ol(8),(22E,24R)-ergost-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol(9),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol-3-O-palmitate(10),(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol-6-O-palmitate(11),1-O-monostearin(12),1,3-O-distearin(13),and mannitol(14).Among them,compounds 7-13 were firstly isolated from this genus.更多还原
