【摘要】 目的:比较第2足趾再造手指指甲床扩大术两种方法临床疗效。方法:将手指缺损施行第2足趾再造指术的20例患者,分为两组,分别采用部分甲皱襞直接切除术(A组)或Adani矩形推进皮瓣术(B组),均扩大指甲长度3mm。结果:A组手术时间平均7.5min,B组平均15min;术后12个月时随访,甲周皮肤均无坏死,甲床扩大长度两组均数2.7mm。两组患者自我满意度评分无差异。结论:足趾再造指甲床扩大术的两种方法均手术简单,效果满意,甲皱襞直接切除法具有手术时间短、操作简便的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical outcomes of two kinds of nail bed expanding technique for the new aesthetic modifies in second toe-to-finger transfer surgery. Methods Twenty cases suffered from finger defected were treated by second toe-to-hand transfer surgery. They were divided into two groups; During the operation, 3 mm length eponychium was resected for the first 10 cases(A group) and the Adanirectangular advanced flap was performed in the second 10 cases (B group) . The expanded nails were of the same length : 3mm. Results The operation time in A group was an average of 7.5 minutes; in B group average 15 minutes. Twelve months postoperative follow-up showed no skin necrosis around the nail was found in both groups; a bed expand length of 2.7 mm in both groups; The self satisfaction score (MHQ) of A group was average of 12.1 of B group average of 11.8. The differences between the two groups were not statistically significant. Conclusion Both kinds of nail lengthening in second toe-to-finger transfer surgery are simply and effective; the results are satisfactory. The eponychium resection is superior to the other kind in shorter operative time and easier and simpler procedure.更多还原
