【摘要】 目的:分析前列腺炎对前列腺增生伴随膀胱过度活动症的影响。方法:260例前列腺增生症患者按前列腺炎程度分为无炎症、轻度炎症、中度炎症、重度炎症4组,比较患者尿动力学指标及膀胱过度活动症发生的差异。结果:随着前列腺炎症程度的加重,IPSS评分、前列腺体积增加,初感容量及强烈尿意容量减少(P<0.05)。随着前列腺炎症程度的增加膀胱过度活动症发生率也随之增加,发生率由无炎症组42.30%上升到重度炎症组70.37%(P=0.003),前列腺炎症程度与逼尿肌过度活动无相关性关系(P=0.066)。结论:前列腺增生患者前列腺炎症程度与膀胱过度活动症具有相关性,前列腺炎症程度越重,膀胱过度活动发生比率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of prostate inflammation on overactive bladder in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Prostate inflammation was assessed as none,mild,moderate,or severe.According to the degree of prostatic inflammation,260 patients with a pathologic diagnosis of BPH were divided into four groups.The differences between urodynamic results and the prevalence of OAB of four groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results The degree of prostate inflammation rose with increasing International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS) and prostate size,with decreasing first desire bladder volume and urgent desire bladder volume(P<0.05).The prevalence of OAB rose continuously with increasing degree of prostatic inflammation,ranging from 42.30% in none inflammation group to 70.37% in severe inflammation group(P =0.003).Statistically no significant correlation was found between the degree of prostatic inflammation and the prevalence of detrusor overactivity(P =0.066).Conclusion The degree of prostatitis inflammation was found to be positively correlated with the prevalence of overactive bladder in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.The prevalence of OAB rose continuously with increasing degree of prostate inflammation.更多还原
