【摘要】 目的研究乌鲁木齐市汉族、维吾尔族腰椎间盘突出症患者和健康体检者腰椎骨密度(bonemineral density,BMD)值的差异性,探讨腰椎间盘突出症与腰椎骨密度的相关性。方法使用法国DMS公司生产的Lexxos型双能X线骨密度仪(dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry,DEXA)测量54例汉族、50例维吾尔族腰椎前后位的BMD值,按腰椎间盘突出症组与对照组进行分析。结果在相同民族中,腰椎间盘突出症组患者的BMD值较对照组低,骨量减少和骨质疏松症者在腰椎间盘突出症组中的构成比较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不同民族中,腰椎间盘突出症组间、对照组间的BMD值均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症与腰椎骨密度呈负相关,而民族是两者关系的独立因素,提示临床上治疗腰椎间盘突出症的同时,应积极治疗骨量减少和骨质疏松症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the difference of the lumbar vertebra bone mineral density(BMD) between patients with lumbar disc herniation and healthy people of Han and Uygur nationalities in Urumqi,and to explore the correlation between lumbar disc herniation and lumbar BMD.Methods A total of 54 people of Han nationality and 50 people of Uygur nationality were selected.And they were divided into lumbar disc herniation group and control group.BMD of the lumbar vertebrae of all the subjects was tested using Lexxos duel-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DMS Co.Ltd,France).All the data were analyzed.Results In the same nationality,BMD of patients with lumbar disc herniation was lower than that of people in control group.The incidence of osteopenia and osteoporosis in lumbar disc herniation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).But within different nationalities,no significant difference of BMD between the 2 groups was observed(P>0.05).Conclusion Lumbar disc herniation is negatively correlated with the BMD of the lumbar vertebrae,while the nationality is an independent factor.The result indicates that we should pay more attention to osteopenia and osteoporosis during the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
