【摘要】 骨质疏松症是多种病因单独或综合引起的一种全身代谢性疾病,以骨量减少、骨组织微观结构退化和骨的力学性能下降为特征。近年来,中药在对骨质疏松治疗方面的研究日益增多,并且也取得了一定进展。本文挑选了一些常用的中药骨碎补,淫羊藿,补骨脂,续断,杜仲,黄芪,巴戟天,鹿茸,丹参,附子。从传统的功能主治方面和现代的有效成分对成骨细胞的促进,破骨细胞的抑制,抑制骨矿的溶解和丢失,产生雄激素样作用等方面进行了阐述。把近年来中药对骨质疏松症治疗的作用和机制多方位的实验研究结果做了简要的综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Osteoporosis is a systemic metabolic disease caused by single or multiple factors.The features of osteoporosis are the decrease of bone mass,the degradation of microscopic structure of the bone tissue,and the decline in the mechanical properties of the bone.In recent years,the research of the treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine has increased.And progress has been achieved.Some frequent used traditional Chinese medicine,including Gusuibu,Yinyanghuo,Buguzhi,Xuduan,Duzhong,Huangqi,Bajitian,Lurong,Dansen,and Fuzi,is introduced in this paper.The paper reviews the effect of the medicine from their unique advantages of traditional function and modern effective ingredient on promoting osteoblasts,inhibiting osteoclasts,inhibiting the dissolution and loss of bone mineral,and generating the androgen-like action.This paper summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis and the experiment results in multiple mechanisms in recent years.更多还原
