【摘要】 目的探讨三维适形放疗联合培美曲塞和顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)同步和诱导方案的疗效。方法将56例NSCLC患者随机分为同步组(28例)和诱导组(28例)。均采用加速器6MV的X线三维适形放疗,总剂量60～70 Gy。诱导组放疗前行3个周期的培美曲塞(500mg/m2,第1天)和顺铂(20mg/m2,第1～3天)放疗诱导,放疗同时再给予化疗2个周期;同步组放疗当日给予培美曲塞(500mg/m2,第1天)和顺铂(75mg/m2,第1～3天)化疗3个周期。结果诱导组近期疗效显著高于同步组,造血系统毒性和胃肠道不良反应较轻。结论诱导方案能有效提高近期疗效,且不良反应较轻,是治疗NSCLC的较好方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The efficacy and toxicity of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT) combined with concurrent or induction pemetrexed chemotherapy to treat non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) was evaluated.Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into concurrent group and induction group.Induction group was given induction chemotherapy with pemetrexed(500mg/m2,d1) and cisplatin(20mg/m2,d1-3) every 3 weeks for 3 cycles followed by 3D-CRT(60~70 Gy) to continue chemotherapy for 2 cycles;concurren group received 3D-CRT plus concurrent chemotherapy with pemetrexed(500mg/m2,d1) and cisplatin(75mg/m2,d1-3)every 3 week for 3 cycles.Results The efficacy of induction group is significant better than concurrent group for NSCLC,and its toxicity is lower.Conclusions The effect is good using 3D-radiotherapy combined with induction pemetrexed and cisplatin to treat NSCLC.更多还原
