【摘要】 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者血清肿瘤标志物临床检测的意义。方法选取63例行维持性血液透析治疗的终末期肾病患者,分别在透析前及达到干体重状态下测定血清CEA、CAl9-9、CA242、CAl53、CAl25、Ferritin、NSE、B-HCG、AFP、HGH、PSA和fPSA的浓度。选取63例正常健康体检者作为对照组,进行回顾性研究。结果维持性血液透析患者透析前与对照组比较,CEA、CA19-9和NSE水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);维持性血液透析患者透析后与对照组及透析前比较,Ferritin和CA125水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),透析后与透析前比较,除Ferritin和CA125之外,其他各肿瘤标志物水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CEA、CAl9-9、NSE和CA125在透析治疗患者中诊断肿瘤价值同正常人相比降低。血清肿瘤标记物CA242、CAl53、B-HCG、AFP、HGH、PSA和fPSA检测诊断肿瘤价值与正常人相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of serum tumor markers detection in maintenance hemo dialysis(MHD) patients.Methods 63 MHD patients from blood purification center in our hospital with end-stage renal disease(ESRD) were detected in the pre-dialysis and dry weight state with serum CEA,CA19-9,CA242,CAl53 CAl25,Ferritin,NSE,B-HCG,AFP,HGH,PSA,fPSA concentration,and 63 cases of normal healthy individuals were selected as control group,they were studied retrospectively.Results Compared with the control group before dialysis,CEA,CA19-9,NSE in MHD patients were significant difference(P<0.05),and other tumor markers levels showed no significant difference(P>0.05);After dialysis compared with before dialysis and the control group,levels of Ferritin and CA125 were of statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and other levels of tumor markers showed no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusions The diagnose value of CEA,CAl9-9,NSE,CA125 in tumor in MHD patients were decreased,and the detection and diagnosis value in tumor marker of CA242,CAl53 B-HCG,AFP,HGH,PSA,fPSA are normal.更多还原
