关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠加小针刀治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察
Clinical Research of Sodium Hyaluronate(SH) Injection Combined with Samll Needle Knife in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder
【摘要】 目的:观察玻璃酸注射液关节腔内注射加小针刀治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:对45例确诊肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(15例):治疗组行肩关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠及小针刀治疗,对照组给予盐酸利多卡因、维生素B12局部注射及小针刀治疗。两组均在治疗前后进行肩关节功能及疼痛评分。结果:治疗1个疗程后,2组比较,治疗组肩关节功能活动、肩周疼痛的改善及临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠加小针刀治疗能有效改善肩周炎患者的关节功能障碍及肩周疼痛。
【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate(SH) injection combined with samll needle knife in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods:All 45 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases) and the control group(15 cases).The treatment group was given SH injection combined with samll needle knife,and the control group was received local injection of lidocaine and vitamin B12 combined with samll needle knife.The therapeutic effect was observed in both groups after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the functions and the pain of shoulder joint in the treatment group were improved more obviously than the control group.Conclusion:SH injection combined with samll needle knife is effective for treating the patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
