【摘要】 目的:观察消肿止痛合剂对软组织损伤患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-a(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-a)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin 6,IL-6)的影响,探讨其活血化瘀、消肿止痛作用产生的机制。方法:以2010年1月-2011年12月在我院治疗的骨科患者为研究对象,分为治疗组45例,对照组43例。2组患者入院后治疗组内服消肿止痛合剂,每次50mL,每日2次;对照组口服草木犀流浸液片2片/次,2次/d。2组患者均以7d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程,分别于入院第2、7、14天运用免疫度量法测定促炎症细胞因子TNF-a、IL-6于血清中的含量,并进行分析。结果:入院第2天,2组患者血清TNF-a、IL-6的含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第7、14天2组血清TNF-a、IL-6的含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院第7、14天与入院第2天血清TNF-a、IL-6含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:消肿止痛合剂能抑制创伤后致炎症因子释放。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of XiaoZhong Zhitong mixture on serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin 6(IL-6)in patients with soft tissue injury,and to explore the it’s mechanism of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and control swelling and pain.Methods:88cases with soft tissue injury from January 2010to December 2011in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment and control group(43cases).45patients in the treatment group,including 25males and 20females,averaged(39.0±3.9)years old.According to AIS rating system,1point in 4cases,2 points in 6cases,3points in 25cases,4points in 6cases and 5points in 4cases.According to ISS rating system,27patients got 16points or less,while 14patients had a score between 16and 25,and,4patients had a score higher than 25.45 patients in the control group,including 14males and 29females,averaged(40.1±3.60)years old.According to AIS rating system,1point in 6cases,2points in 13cases,3points in 20cases,4points in 4cases and 5points in 0cases.According to ISS rating system,24patients got 16points or less,while 15patients had a score between 16and 25,and,4patients had a score higher than 25.Treatment group were given XiaoZhong Zhitong mixture for oral use 50ml every time,twice a day.The control group were treated by melilotus extract tablets 2tabs every time,twice a day.Totally two courses of treatment,7days in one,were conducted for all the patients.Using immunometric assay to determine serum levels of inflammatory cytokine TNF-α,IL-6at the 2nd,7th,14th day after admission.Analysis of data were done with the help of SPSS l 6.0statistic software.Results:2days after admission,the contents of TNF-αand IL-6in the sera were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistical(P ﹥0.05).While compared at 7th and 14th day after admission,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the contents of TNF-αand IL-6measured at day 2with that measured at day 7and 14,the difference was not statistical.Conclusion:XiaoZhong Zhitong mixture can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors after trauma.更多还原
