【摘要】 目的:研究健骨活血丸对骨性关节炎模型兔关节液和血清中TNF-α表达的影响。方法:采用Hulth造模法建立OA模型,造模后肌注青霉素1周,预防感染,4周后灌胃,6周后取关节液和血清,测定TNF-α水平。结果:中药组关节液和血清中TNF-α明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,(P<0.01)。结论:中药健骨活血丸对骨性关节炎兔关节液和血清中TNF-α表达有明显的抑制作用,对骨性关节炎有良好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of "Jianguhuoxue Pill" on TNF-α in serum and synovial fluid in rabbits with osteoarthritis.Methods:After OA model were made by Hulth’s method,the rabbits received intramuscular injection of penicillin to prevent infection for 1 week.Medication via gastrogavage was given 4 weeks later.The TNF-α level in serum and synovial fluid was detected 6 weeks after the model was established.Results:The TNF-α level of serum and synovial fluid in model group was obviously lower than that in control group.The difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Jianguhuoxue Pill can significantly inhibit the expressions of TNF-α in serum and synovial fluid in rabbits with osteoarthritis,and it has obvious therapeutic effect on osteoarthritis.更多还原
