【摘要】 目的:观察和验证颈健方配合热敏灸及佩戴颈围治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准椎动脉型颈椎病患者60例按1:1比例随机分为中医综合治疗组和口服西比灵对照组,连续治疗两周后观察两组患者临床症状改善情况及椎基底动脉经颅多普勒(TCD)血流变化情况以评定疗效。结果:中医综合治疗组总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组总有效率80%(P<0.05),并且在增加椎动脉血供,改善脑供血及远期疗效方面明显优于对照组。结论:中医综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著,此法经济、简便,患者容易接受,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of JingJian decoction combined with thermal moxibustion and cervical collar for the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.Methods:60patients of cervical spondylosis in accordance with the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to treatment group(n=30)treated with TCM comprehensive therapy and control group(n=30)treated with flunarizine orally.The treatment lasted 2weeks.According to the improvement of clinical symptoms and hemorheological changes of vertebrobasilar artery measured by transcranial Doppler,the curative effect was evaluated and the data were analyzed statistically.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%.It was significantly higher than that of the control group which was 80%(P<0.05).Moreover,the treatment group is superior to the control group in many aspects such as increasing blood flow of the vertebral artery,improving cerebral blood supply and long-term effect.Conclusion:TCM comprehensive therapy of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis has notable curative effect,and also it is economic and convenient.It is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.更多还原
