薄膜型LNG船绝缘层等效静载荷系数研究

【摘要】 近年来新设计的薄膜型LNG船要求具有更大的舱容,能适应更恶劣的海况和在任何装载高度下安全运行,这就需要保证液舱结构在晃荡载荷作用下的安全性。论文引入等效静载荷系数,用以简化薄膜型LNG船液货舱船体结构在晃荡载荷作用下的强度校核流程。通过研究等效静载荷系数、绝缘层缓冲系数和船体结构动力放大系数在各种条件下的变化规律,明确了等效静载荷系数的影响因素和变化范围。研究成果可为薄膜型LNG船船体结构强度校核以及相关规范的修订提供参考。

【Abstract】 In recent years newly designed membrane-type LNG carriers are required to have larger tank capacity,and to operate safely under much worse sea conditions with any loading height,which makes it very important to assure structural safety of the tank under sloshing loads.Equivalent static load coefficient was introduced in this paper to simplify the assessment procedure of membrane-type LNG tank structure under sloshing loads.Static load coefficient,dynamic amplification coefficient of hull structure and buffering coefficient of cargo containment system(CCS) were studied carefully under various conditions,and then influencing factors and range of the equivalent static load coefficient were obtained.Conclusions of this study can be used as a reference for hull structure assessment of membrane-type LNG carriers and modification of current rules.
