【摘要】 介绍了我国天然气市场快速发展的现状,可以预期,在"十二五"期间还将持续快速增长;随着我国天然气需求量急剧增大的同时,出现了支线运输、调峰、管网盲区液化天然气运输等问题,因此,提出在长江中下游发展小型LNG船舶运输的策略,并论证适宜于长江中下游通航的小型LNG船型;分析了目前我国发展长江中下游小型LNG船舶运输法律法规上的制约因素,并提出了对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rapid development of Chinese market of natural gas is described in this paper.The market will increase rapidly during the "Twelfth Five-Year" period.With the fast growth of demand on natural gas,a number of problems come out,such as LNG feeder transportation,LNG peak shaving,and LNG transportation to pipe network blind areas.With respect to these problems,a development strategy of LNG transportation with small LNG carrier in middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River is proposed.Also,an appropriate type of small LNG carrier is demonstrated.After analyzing the current constraints of laws and regulations on the development of LNG transportation with small LNG carrier in middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,corresponding countermeasures are given.更多还原
