马鞭草镇咳有效部位化学成分的研究
Studies on the chemical constituents for antitussive effect in the active ingredients of Verbena officinalis L.
【摘要】 目的:研究马鞭草镇咳有效部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱、制备型高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和光谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从马鞭草中分离并鉴定了12个单体化合物,分别为山柰酚(1)、芹菜素(2)、4’-羟基汉黄芩素(3)、槲皮苷(4)、木犀草素(5)、异鼠李素(6)、毛蕊花糖苷(7)、马鞭草苷(8)、戟叶马鞭草苷(9)、桃叶珊瑚苷(10)、龙胆苦苷(11),、β-谷甾醇(12)。结论:异鼠李素为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents for antitussive effect in the active ingredients of Verbena officinalis L..METHODS The chemical constituents from Verbena officinalis L.were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Their structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol(1),apigenin(2),4’-hydroxywogonin(3),quercitrin(4),luteoiin(5),isorhamnetin(6),verbascoside(7),verbenalin(8),hastatoside(9),aucubin(10),gentiopicroside(11),β-sitosterol(12).CONCLUSION isorhamnetin(6) is obtained from Verbena officinalis L.for the first time.
