流苏金石斛石油醚萃取部位化学成分研究

【摘要】 目的研究流苏金石斛[Flickingeria fimbriata(B1.)Hawkes]全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱学方法及与文献对照鉴定化合物结构。结果分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为正二十五烷醇(1)、7α-羟基谷甾醇(2)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(3)、6β-羟基-豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(4)、5α-豆甾-3-酮(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22E-四烯-3-酮(7)、β-香树脂醇(8)、豆甾-4-烯-3β,6β-二醇(9)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基反式肉桂酸二十四酯(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从金石斛属植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the whole herb of Flickingeria fimbriata(B1.) Hawkes.METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by analysis of physicochemical characteristics and spectroscopic evidence and confirmed by comparison of their spectral data with those in the literature.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as pentacosanol(1),7α-hydroxysitosterol(2),stigmast-4-en3-one(3),6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(4),5α-stigmastan-3-one(5),β-sitosterol(6),ergota-4,6,8(14),22E-tetraene-3-one(7),β-amyrin(8),stigmasta-4-ene-3β,6β-diol(9),and n-tetracosyl ferulate(10),respectively.CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated for the first time from the genus Flickingeria.
