【摘要】 研发多重耐药菌实时监测与防控功能系统,实现多重耐药菌医院感染与暴发的实时监测与有效防控。对系统每日预警新检出耐药菌病例或感染暴发,专职人员利用"交互平台"发送电子版防控措施干预或现场督导干预;利用系统定期导出耐药菌流行病学及药敏变化数据,导航科室耐药菌防控工作。研究显示,2012年较2011年全院使用抗菌药物患者病原学送检率提高1倍,达到30%;2012年1～8月份总计新发院内感染或定植重点多重耐药菌与2011年同期相比基本一致,分别为400株与397株;两年阻断10余起耐药菌早期院内交叉传播事件,将耐药菌感染暴发扼杀于萌芽状态。该系统创新了耐药菌感染监测与防控工作模式,可以阻断耐药菌院内交叉传播及避免感染暴发,取得了良好的监测防控效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research and develop MDRB real monitoring and prevention and control system and to realize the real time monitoring and effective prevention and control of MDRB infection and outbreak,professional staff sent electronic intervention measures by interactive platform or site intervention for every new MDRB cases.The data of MDRB’s epidemic and drug sensitivity were exported to guide MDRB prevention and control.It showed that the etiology test rate for antibiotics was 30% in 2012,which is twice of 2011.The new MDRB hospital infection cases during Jan-Aug in 2012 is 400,mostly the same of the period in 2011(397 cses).More than 10 cases of cross infection events were successfully prevented in the past two years.The system has innovated the mode of MDRB monitoring,prevention and control.It can prevent MDRB cross infection in hospital and avoid infection outbreak and has got good effectiveness.更多还原
