【摘要】 在医院规模不断扩大,医院感染管理专职人员相对不足,以及计算机网络技术迅猛发展的形势下,对医院感染患者实现实时在线、区域协同监控是医院感染管理信息化发展的必然方向。通过借鉴国家目前正在推行的区域协同医疗平台做法,提出了搭建"基于区域协同的医院感染实时监测网络信息平台"的观点,并阐明了监测网络信息平台的设计与实现思路。监测网络信息平台构建成功后,参加区域协同的医院每日可以通过互联网将其医院感染综合信息数据上传至该信息平台,同时也可通过从该信息平台下载更新医院感染数据库,及时看到参加区域协同的其他医院的医院感染患者信息,实现监测数据资源共享。从而大大缩短了发现并隔离感染患者的时间,降低公众医疗费用,提高了医院感染预防控制效率,体现了整体预防观念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the environment of hospital scaling up,professional infection management staff relative shortage and information technology rapid development,it is a trend to real time and regional collaborative monitoring hospital infection patient.Referred by the practice of regional collaborative medical platform,the concept of regional collaborative based real time hospital infection monitoring system platform has been presented and its ideas on design and practice has also discussed.After establishing this platform,member hospital can upload infection data to the information platform and also can download and update hospital infection database.The hospital infection information in other member hospitals can also be browsed by the platform.So the data can be shared.It can greatly shorten the time of infection case finding and isolation,reduce medical cost.It improves the efficiency of hospital infection prevention and control and reflects the ideas of integrated prevention.更多还原
