大型公立医院绩效管理中的沟通与反馈

【摘要】 沟通与反馈是医院绩效管理的重要环节,相对于医院绩效考核方法和指标体系的研究,这方面的重视程度相对较弱。本文通过资料分析和实例描述等方法,提出大型公立医院加强绩效沟通与反馈的目的、方法和意义等,为计划、总结的绩效考核单纯模式完善到计划、总结、反馈、改进的绩效管理全面模式提供借鉴参考。

【Abstract】 Communication and feedback is an important part of performance management in hospital.With respect to the research on methods and indicators system of performance appraisal in hospital,the emphasis on this is relatively weak.By data analysis and case study,the purpose and methods and significance of strengthening performance communication and feedback in large public hospital are discussed to provide reference for improving the simple mode of performance assessment and the all round performance assessment mode.
