文本挖掘注射用双黄连不良反应的相关因素

【摘要】 目的利用文本挖掘技术探索注射用双黄连不良反应发生的相关因素。方法在中国生物医学文献服务系统中收集双黄连文献数据,采用基于敏感关键词频数统计的数据分层算法,挖掘数据集中原料、检测、功能、临床及不良反应等方面的信息,将结果通过Cytoscape软件构建网络图。结果有关注射用双黄连的文献研究主要集中于不良反应和检测指标方面,双黄连注射液不良反应的核心症状是皮疹、高热、头痛、胸闷和荨麻疹;其需要检测的主要指标为内毒素(脂多糖)、组胺和致敏原。双黄连注射剂中的主要成分是黄芩苷、绿原酸和连翘酯苷A。结论利用文本挖掘总结注射用双黄连不良反应是一种新的探索和尝试;有关双黄连注射剂引发过敏或类过敏反应的机制尚待深入和系统的研究。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the related factors for the adverse reaction of Shuanghuanglian injection through text mining.Methods By utilizing the literature data on Shuang Huang Lian injection(SHLI)collected from SinoMed,and applying the data slicing algorithm based on the statistics of sensitive keywords,we got the network data of raw material,detection,function,clinical and adverse reaction.Then,these networks were demonstrated by mapping with Cytoscape software.Results Research literature dealing with Shuanghuanglian injection was mostly focused on the adverse reaction and detection indicators.The core symptoms caused by the adverse reaction included rash,high fever,headache,chest tightness and urticaria.The main indicators that required detection were endotoxin(lipopolysaccharide),histamine and anaphylactogen,and the essential component of SHLI was baicalin,chlorogenic acid and forsythoside A.Conclusion Using text mining for summarizing the adverse reactions of SHLI is a new way for exploration and experiment.However,the mechanism by which SHLI irritates allergic reactions or anaphylactoid reactions still needs further in-depth and systematic research.
