【摘要】 目的了解和对比湘潭市中心医院在实施电子处方审核系统前后,门、急诊处方存在的主要问题。探讨医院对处方质量管理的方法和意义。方法收集整理2007年5月～2008年5月及2008年6月～2009年6月门、急诊实施电子处方审核前后的电子处方和检查记录,对存在的主要问题进行分析。结果湘潭市中心医院处方合格率由2007年的89.96%上升到2009年的98.75%,符合卫生部医院管理年提出的"三甲"医院处方合格率大于95%的要求。结论电子处方实施审核对我院处方合格率的提高作用显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand and compare the main problems of the outpatient and emergency departments’ prescriptions before and after implementing the electronic prescription audit in Xiangtan Central Hospital,and to discuss the method and significance of hospital prescription quality management.Methods The electronic prescriptions and examination records from May 2007 to May 2008 and from June 2008 to June 2009 in outpatient and emergency departments were recorded,and the main existing problems were analyzed.Results The prescription qualification rate of Xiangtan Central Hospital was increase up to 98.75% in 2009 form 89.9% in 2007,according with the requirement put forward by Ministry of Health in Management Year that the prescription qualification rate of Grade 3A hospitals should be above 95%.Conclusion The prescription qualification rate of our hospital was improved obviously after implementing the electronic prescription audit.更多还原
