【摘要】 目的探讨人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)pp65在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度的相关性。方法手术获取64例脑胶质瘤标本(低级别胶质瘤27例,高级别胶质瘤37例),免疫组织化学方法检测肿瘤组织中HCMV pp65蛋白表达,ELISA法检测高级别胶质瘤患者和正常人各20例外周血中HCMV-IgG抗体水平。结果 pp65在高级别胶质瘤中的阳性表达率明显高于低级别胶质瘤(97.3%和22%),强阳性表达率以胶质母细胞瘤最高;高级别胶质瘤患者血清HCMV-IgG水平明显高于正常人群。结论 HCMV pp65在不同级别的脑胶质瘤中均有表达,且表达水平与肿瘤恶性程度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV)pp65 in gliomas and its relationship with the malignancy of gliomas.Method Tissue specimens of 27 low-grade gliomas(WHO Grades Ⅱ)and37 high-grade gliomas(WHO Grades Ⅲ~Ⅳ)were clinically obtained.HCMV pp65 expression in tumor sections was examined by immunohistochemical staining.The level of HCMV-IgG antibodies in serum of 20 patients with high-grade gliomas and 20 healthy people was determined by ELISA.Result The positive rate of HCMV pp65 expression in high-grade gliomas was significantly higher than that of low-grade gliomas(97.3%and 22%,P<0.05).The strongest immune staining was seen in glioblatomas.The level of HCMV-IgG antibody in serum of patients with high-grade gliomas was higher than that of healthy people(P<0.05).Conclusion We found the expression of HCMV pp65 in gliomas and an association between the expression level and the malignancy of gliomas.更多还原
