【摘要】 目的了解杭州市社区老年痴呆患者的生活质量及所获社会支持的关系。方法采用简易智力状态检查(MMSE)、老年痴呆生活质量量表(QOL-AD)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对136名痴呆患者进行测评。结果男女老年痴呆患者在生活质量量表的个人健康因子间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),朋友因子间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);进一步相关和逐步回归分析均表明,老年痴呆患者的生活质量与所获得的社会支持关系密切关(r=0.231,P<0.01),客观支持、职业对老年痴呆患者的生活质量具有预测作用。结论社会支持对老年痴呆患者生活质量有不同程度的影响,鼓励全社会来关爱老年痴呆患者,充分发挥社会支持系统,为进一步提高其生活和社会保健决策提供科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the relationship between quality of life and social support among patients with Alzheimer′s disease(AD)in Hangzhou.Methods A total of 136 AD patients were assessed and analyzed using Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Clinical dementia rating scale(CDR),Quality of life for AD(QoL-AD)scale,and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results There were significant differences of personal well-being and friendship factors in QoL-AD between male and female patients(P<0.01and P<0.05).Further correlation and regression analysis suggested that the life quality of AD patients was closely related to social support(r=0.231,P<0.01).Objective support and career were predictive factors for life quality of AD patients.Conclusions Social support affects the life quality of AD patients.Therefore,apprehensive social care needs to be encouraged to improve their life qualities.更多还原
