【摘要】 目的:建立测定地蒽酚水溶蜡棒含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8,流动相为乙腈-水(60∶40),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为288 nm,进样量为20μl,柱温为25℃。结果:地蒽酚检测质量浓度线性范围为59.64~139.16μg/m(lr=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.91%,RSD=0.57%(n=9)。结论:建立的含量测定方法灵敏度高、结果准确、重复性好,可用于地蒽酚水溶蜡棒的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for the content determination of Dithranol water-soluble wax sticks.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C8 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (60∶40) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 288 nm and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃.The sample size was 20 μl.RESULTS:The linear range of dithranol was 59.64-139.16 μg/ml(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.91%(RSD=0.57%,n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The method is sensitive,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for content determination of Dithranol water-soluble wax sticks.更多还原
