【摘要】 目的:评价慢性荨麻疹3种治疗方案的经济学效果。方法:选择2010年9月-2012年9月在兰州大学第一医院皮肤科门诊就诊的慢性荨麻疹患者75例,将患者随机均分为3组。A组患者服用盐酸西替利嗪片10 mg,qd;B组患者服用当归饮子,bid;C组患者服用当归饮子联合盐酸西替利嗪片,用法用量同A、B组。观察3组患者的临床疗效、不良反应,并分析其成本-效果比。结果:3组共失访3例,因不良反应退出治疗5例,最终共67例患者完成研究。A、B、C组患者的有效率分别为62.50%、47.62%、81.82%,停药6个月后的复发率分别为25.00%、47.61%、18.18%。3组药品的成本分别为26.04、193.48、219.52元。3种治疗方案的成本-效果比分别为0.42、4.06和2.68。以A组为参照,B、C组治疗方案的增量成本-效果比分别为-11.25和10.01。经敏感度分析,结论不变。3组患者的不良反应均较轻微。结论:当归饮子联合盐酸西替利嗪片的方案为较佳治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze economic effect of 3 different therapeutic regimens for chronic urticaria.METHODS:75 patients with chronic urticaria in outpatient dermatological department of our hospital during Sept.2010-Spet.2012 were collected and randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was given Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet 10 mg,qd,group B was given Angelica sinensis decoction,bid,and group C was given Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet combined with Angelica sinensis,the dose was same to group A and group B.sinensis decoction and Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet.Clinical efficacy and ADR of 3 groups were observed in 3 groups,and cost-effectiveness ratio was analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 3 cases failed to be followed up in 3 groups,and ADR led to study withdrawal in 5 cases;67 patients completed the trial finally.The cure rates of group A,B,and C were 62.50%,47.62% and 81.82%,respectively.The recurrence rates 6 months after drug withdrawal were 25.00%,47.61% and 18.18%,respectively.The drug costs of 3 groups were 26.04,193.48 and 219.52 yuan,respectively.Cost-effectiveness ratios of 3 groups were 0.42,4.06 and 2.68,respectively.Compared with group A,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratios of group B and C were-11.25 and 10.01.There was no change of the conclusion after sensitivity analysis.There was no serious ADR in 3 groups.CONCLUSIONS:Angelica sinensis decoction combined with Cetirizine hydrochloride tablet is the most economical therapy for chronic urticaria.更多还原
