【摘要】 目的:评价我院门诊及住院患者麻醉药品处方中有关癌症疼痛患者的用药情况。方法:回顾性统计我院2010-2012年门诊和住院患者的麻醉药品处方,对处方的一般情况、药品用量、癌症疼痛患者用量、药品销售金额和用药频度(DDDs)等进行分析。结果:我院麻醉药品的销售金额及用量呈逐年增加趋势,各年度麻醉药品的销售金额分别为188959.09、256533.78、589836.81元,占药品总销售金额的比例从2010年的0.18%上升至2012年的0.32%。硫酸吗啡缓释片和盐酸布桂嗪注射液的DDDs一直排在前2位,盐酸哌替啶注射液的DDDs呈减少趋势。结论:我院麻醉药品应用基本合理,癌症疼痛患者镇痛以使用吗啡制剂为主,对吗啡制剂的使用与世界卫生组织倡导的《癌症三阶梯止痛指导原则》相符合。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the utilization of narcotics drugs in outpatients and inpatients with cancer pain in our hospital. METHODS:In retrospective survey,the prescriptions of narcotic drugs used for outpatients and inpatients in our hospital during 2010-2012 were analyzed statistically in respects of general information of prescriptions,drug amount,drug amount for patients with cancer pain,consumption sum and DDDs,etc. RESULTS:Consumption sum and amount of narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year. The consumption sum of narcotic drugs were 188 959.09 yuan,256 533.78 yuan and 589 836.81 yuan, respectively. The proportion of the consumption sum of narcotic drugs in the total consumption sum of all drugs increased from 0.18% in 2010 to 0.32% in 2012. The DDDs of Morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and Bucinnazine hydrochloride injection took up the first 2 places among narcotic drugs. The DDDs of Meperidine hydrochloride injection was decreasing. CONCLUSIONS:The utilization of narcotic drugs is rational in our hospital on the whole. Morphine preparations are the predominant analgesic drugs for patients with cancer pain. The utilization of morphine preparations in our hospital is in line with the Three Ladder Analgesic Treatment Programs of Cancer Pain recommenced by WHO.更多还原
