【摘要】 目的:为完善基本药物集中招标采购制度提供参考。方法:对2011年我国山东、安徽、江西、湖北、湖南、四川、广东、广西等省(自治区)公布的基本药物集中招标采购中未中标的药物品种、剂型等进行统计分析。结果:2011年基本药物招标采购中,调查的八省(自治区)共有44个目录内品种没有企业中标;另有87种剂型没有中标产品;药理学分类中未中标药物数量排前3位的分别为抗寄生虫病药、心血管系统用药、血液系统用药。结论:基本药物目录不适宜、临床需求量少、利润小等原因导致部分品规没有中标,建议政府应采取措施完善基本药物集中采购制度,细化基本药物遴选标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the improvement of centralized bidding system of essential drugs.METHODS:The losing bidding drugs of centralized bidding of essential drugs in Shandong,Anhui,Jiangxi,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan,Guangdong,Guangxi provinces or autonomous regions in 2011 were analyzed statistically in terms of types and dosage form.RESULTS:44 dosage varieties and other 87 dosage forms in essential drug lis(tEDL)lost the bid in 8 provinces and autonomous regions in 2011;the top 3 losing bidding drugs were anti-parasitic disease drugs,cardiovascular system drugs and blood system drugs.CONCLUSION:Inappropriate EDL,clinical demanding less and little profits result in losing bidding.It is suggested to consummating centralized bidding system and refining the election criteria of essential drugs.更多还原
