【摘要】 目的:建立围手术期预防使用抗菌药物处方点评系统,为提高抗菌药物点评效率、避免主观误差提供参考。方法:利用Excel软件建立围手术期预防使用抗菌药物处方点评系统,其中包括手术数据库、药品信息数据库、人员信息数据库、数据处理中转库和统计分析界面等,并对统计分析界面录入的数据进行自动化处理,总结应用情况。结果:该系统通过对录入信息的自动评价、分析和统计,实时地将结果分别反馈到药品归类统计区域、合理性评价区域和医师用药统计区域,并对围手术期预防使用抗菌药物的使用情况、适应证、联合用药、药物选择、药品分级管理、用药情况等方面进行点评。该系统开发至今,清洁手术切口点评效率由原来的每小时15例提高至每小时70～150例,并利用纠正功能规范了手术名称书写及切口归类问题。结论:该系统能客观、快捷地分析抗菌药物在使用过程中存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish prescription evaluation system about perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics,and to provide reference for improving the efficiency of antibiotics analysis and avoiding the subjective errors.METHODS:Excel software was used to establish prescription evaluation system about perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics,involving operation database,drug information database,personnel information database,data processing transfer database and statistical analysis interface.The data entered by statistical analysis interface were processed automatically,and the application of the system was summarized.RESULTS:After autonomous evaluation,analysis and statistics of data,evaluation results were fed back to classification statistics,rationality evaluation and drug use statistics of physicians.Perioperative antibiotic use,indications,combination therapy,drug selection,classification management and drug use were automatically evaluated.Up to now,evaluation efficiency was improved from 15 cases/hour to 70-150 cases/hour,the correcting function of the system standardized the writing of operation and incision classification.CONCLUSION:The system can be used to analyze the problems of antibiotic use objectively and rapidly.更多还原
