不同年龄人群免疫森林脑炎灭活疫苗后28d免疫效果观察

【摘要】 目的观察并比较不同年龄人群接种森林脑炎灭活疫苗后血清IgG抗体几何平均浓度和阳转率,确认现行免疫方法是否适合未成年人群和老年人群。方法按随机、开放式的方法,选择年龄8岁以上的健康人群,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测不同阶段血清IgG抗体,评价疫苗的免疫效果。结果从不同年龄段抗体阳转情况看,8~17周岁组、18~59周岁组、60周岁以上组的抗体阳转率分别为100.00%、94.11%、97.48%,血清IgG抗体几何平均浓度分别为804 VIEU/ml、384 VIEU/ml、706 VIEU/ml,经统计学检验,3个年龄段抗体阳转率和IgG抗体几何平均浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1.0 ml森林脑炎灭活疫苗接种后28 d体液免疫效果稳定,未成年人群和老年人群接种后抗体阳转率和IgG抗体几何平均浓度均不低于成年人群,适用于各年龄人群大规模接种。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and compare serum IgG antibody geometric average concentration and positive conversion rate among the different age groups after vaccinating forest encephalitis inactivated,confirm whether the current immune method is suitable for young people and elderly people. Methods The healthy people aged above eight years were selected through random and open method. The method of enzyme linked immunosorbent( ELISA) was used to detect the different stages of serum IgG antibody and evaluate the immune effects of vaccine. Results Antibody positive rates were 100%, 94. 11% and 100% among the people aged 8- 17 years old,18- 59 years old and more than 60 years. The average concentrations of serum IgG antibody geometric were 804 VIEU / ml,384 VIEU / ml and 706 VIEU / ml respectively. The three age groups antibody positive rate and IgG antibody geometric average concentration had significantly difference by statistical test. Conclusion The humoral immune effects are stable inactivated 1. 0 ml forest encephalitis vaccine after 28 days. Young and older population after vaccination antibody positive rate and IgG antibody geometric average density were not less than the adult population,which were suitable for mass vaccination in each age groups.
