【摘要】 目的用ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA测定正常人和麻风及结核患者血清抗体水平以界定大连地区正常临界值及方法的敏感性和特异性。方法用ND-O-BSA抗原对60例麻风患者,各100例男、女正常人和30例肺结核患者血清进行酶联免疫吸附试验。结果 ND-O-BSA在血清浓度1∶100和临界值取0.14时,ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA对麻风患者检测的敏感性为95%,特异性为96.5%;结核患者无一例阳性。结论 ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA实验敏感性和特异性均较高,且不存在与结核血清的交叉反应,可用来早期检测麻风杆菌的感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the serum antibody level of normal people and patients with leprosy and define the normal cut off value in the DaLian district.Methods Anti-ND-O-BSA antibody levels of the sera were measured by using enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(i.e.ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA).The sera from 60 leprosy patients,100 normal male and 100 normal female persons,30 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PT).Results When the serum concentration was at 1;100,and the cut off value was to be limited to 0.14: in leprosy patients,the sensitivity was 95%,specificity was 96.5%;The tuberculosis sera were all negative.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity in ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA are very high,and there are no cross-reactivity with those of sera from PTs.The ND-O-BSA-IgM-ELISA can be used in early detection of M.leprae infection.更多还原
