【摘要】 目的探讨外伤性脾破裂个体化治疗方案的选择和疗效。方法分析2007年1月至2012年10月间收治106例脾破裂病人的临床资料。结果本组2例合并重型颅脑损伤,1例合并肝破裂大出血,术中死亡。1例合并空腔脏器损伤腹腔污染重者,出现术后早期炎性肠梗阻,经保守治疗后痊愈。其余病例恢复良好。结论切脾、保脾应兼顾脾损伤的程度和病人的全身情况、生命体征、脾脏功能行个体化治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the individualized treatment and efficacy for traumatic splenic rupture.Methods The clinical data of 106 splenic rupture from January 2007 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The group of 2 cases complicated with severe head injury,1 case complicated with liver rupture hemorrhage and died during the operation.and 1 case complicated with viscera injuries and serious abdominal pollution,And got pristine inflammatory intestinal obstruction postoperatively,finally,recovered after conservative treatment.The remaining cases recovered well. Conclusion Whether or not to cut off the spleen should take into account the injury degree and function of spleen,as well as the systemic condition and vital signs of the patient,for individualized treatment.更多还原
