数字骨科技术在跟骨骨折中的应用

【摘要】 数字骨科学是近年来计算机技术和骨科学相结合而逐渐形成的一门新生学科,由此而衍生的数字骨科技术使得解剖及生物力学结构复杂的跟骨部位骨折的各项相关研究和诊疗方法更加个性化、直观化、精确化。该文复习目前国内外数字骨科技术在跟骨生物力学、解剖学、骨折分型、骨折手术治疗等方面的应用,并对数字骨科在跟骨骨折的应用前景进行展望。

【Abstract】 Digital orthopedics is a newborn discipline which is formed from the combination of computer technology and orthopedics gradually in recent years, and the techniques of digital orthopedics could make the relative researches, diagnosis and treatment more individualized, direct-viewing and accurate for calcaneal fracture with complex anatomic and biomechanical structures. In this paper, application of digital orthopedic techniques in calcaneal biomechanics, anatomy, fracture classification, and surgery of calcaneal fracture were reviewed, and the prospective of application of the techniques in this field were looked forward.
