【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者切口感染的因素。方法选择本院2010年2月~2013年2月收治的200例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,统计患者术后切口感染的发生情况。结果术后发生切口感染12例,切口感染发生率为6.0%。性别、年龄及血糖控制在正常范围无影响,而手术时机、手术时间及是否有胆囊破裂是影响患者切口感染的主要因素,择期手术、手术时间<1.5 h及无胆囊破裂患者的术后切口感染发生率均低于急诊手术、手术时间≥1.5 h和胆囊破裂的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胆囊结石患者切口感染发生率为8.3%,胆囊息肉患者切口感染发生率为2.5%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.21,P<0.05)。结论临床医师术前应仔细评估患者的具体情况,制订合适的手术计划,降低切口感染的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the incision infection risk factors of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients.Methods 200 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were as the research object,the occurrence of postoperative incision infection in patients were counted.Results 12 cases of postoperative occuredincision infection,the incidence of infectionincision rate was 6.0%.Whether sex,age,and blood glucose control in the normal range had no effect on the patients with diabetes mellitus,and operation time,operation time and whether there was the main factors influencing the patients with infection of incision,increase of gallbladder was broken,the incidence of postoperative incision infection of elective surgery,surgery time < 1.5 h andgallbladder rupture were under emergency operation,operation time ≥ 1.5 h and gallbladder rupture or patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incision infection rate was 8.3% in patients with gallstone disease,gallbladder polyps in patients with incision infection rate was 2.5%,both comparative difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.21,P< 0.05).Conclusion Clinicians should carefully assess the patient′ s specific situation,preoperative appropriate surgical plan,reduce the incidence of incision infection.更多还原
