【摘要】 目的观察鼻内镜下脑脊液鼻漏修补手术的临床疗效。方法将本院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科及神经外科收治的26例脑脊液鼻漏患者按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组13例;对照组采用传统的颅内修补手术治疗,试验组采用鼻内镜下修补手术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组一次手术后漏口修补成功的患者有12例,占92.3%;对照组一次手术后漏口修补成功的患者有9例,占69.2%;试验组一次手术后漏口修补成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后发生并发症的患者为1例,占7.7%,明显低于对照组的23.1%(3/13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组平均住院时间为(13.5±3.0)d,明显短于对照组的(24.0±4.1)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑脊液鼻漏患者采用鼻内镜下修补手术治疗,有效地提高了手术的成功率,改善了患者的症状,并且术后产生的并发症少,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of endoscopic repair surgery to patients with cere-brospinal fluid rhinorrhea.Methods 26 cases of patients with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea were treated in department of otolaryngologyhead and neck surgery and neurosurgery in ourhospital,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,13 cases in each group.The control group patients were given the traditional surgical treatment of intracranial repair,while the experimental group patients were given endoscopic repair surgery. Results 12 cases were successfully repaired by one surgery in experimental group,accounting for 92.3%,while 9 cases were successfully re-paired by one surgery in control group,accounting for 69.2%.Successful repaire rate in experimental group washigher than that in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Complications after operation occurred in experimental group was 1 case,accounting for 7.7%,was lower than that in control group [23.1%(3/13)],the difference was signifi-cant(P<0.05).The average lengh of stady in experimental group was(13.5±3.0) d,which was lower than that of the control group [(24.0±4.1) d],the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea patients who are treated by endoscopic repair surgery can effectively improve the success rate of the operation,improve the pa-tient′s symptoms,has less complications and is worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
