【摘要】 目的探讨医院信息化建设对临床合理用药的作用。方法从本院实行信息化建设前后各抽取1000人次门诊患者的用药处方和1000人次住院患者的用药医嘱进行对比观察,包括抗菌药物应用比例、药物的不合理联合应用、药物规格正确率、药物用法正确率、药物用量正确率、药物应用时间、每例患者应用药物的种类、大处方比例、处方合格率、字迹可辨认率等。结果本院门诊抗菌药物应用比例、药物的不合理联合应用、药物规格正确率、药物用法正确率、药物用量正确率、门诊大处方比例、处方合格率、字迹可辨认率在实行信息化建设前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);本院病房大处方比例、药物应用时间、每位患者应用药物的种类差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论信息化建设对指导和监管临床合理用药的作用明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hospital information construction on the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods 1000 outpatients′ medical prescription and 1000 inpatients′ medical doctor′s advice which were respectively extract from our hospital Before and after the Informatization construction were made an paired observation,and it included the percentage of antimicrobial agents,unreasonable combined application of medicines,the correct rate of drug specifications,the usage of drugs,the dosage of drugs,the application time of drugs,the kinds of drug application in each patient,the percentage of big prescriptions,the pass rate of prescriptions,the recognition rate of handwriting,and so on.Results There were significant differences before and after the informatization construction in the percentage of antibacterial agents,unreasonable combined application of medicines,the correct rate of drug specifications,the usage of drugs,the dosage of drugs,the percentage of outpatient′s big prescriptions,the pass rate of prescriptions,the recognition rate of handwriting(P<0.05).There were no significant differences before and after the informatization construction in the percentage of inpatient′s big prescriptions,the application time of drugs,the kinds of drug application in each pa-tient(P>0.05). Conclusion Informatization construction has an obvious effect on guiding and administrationing the clin-ical rational use of drugs.更多还原
