【摘要】 目的探讨低温等离子刀射频消融治疗早期声门型喉癌的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月~2012年8月在本院接受治疗的38例早期声门型喉癌患者,分为对照组20例与治疗组18例,对照组采用单纯手术治疗,治疗组采用低温等离子刀射频消融术治疗,治疗6个月后比较两组的疗效。结果随访半年,治疗组的局部控制率为83.3%,明显高于对照组的55.0%(P<0.05)。结论采用低温等离子刀射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌疗效显著,具有简便、快捷、副作用小的特点,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation in treatment of early glottic laryngocarcinoma.Methods 38 patients with early glottic laryngocarcinoma were divided into the control group(n=20) and the treatment group(n=18) in our hospital from June 2010 to August 2012.The control group was treated with surgery alone while the treatment group was given low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation.The curative effect was compared after 2 months of treatment between the two groups.Results Patients were followed up for half a year,local control rate of the treatment group(83.3%) was significantly higher than that(55.0%) in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect is significant treating early glottic laryngocarcinomawere with the low-temperature plasma knife radiofrequency ablation,and it has the advantages of simple,fast with fewer side effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
