【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在提高高危药品管理水平中的作用。方法 2012年9月本药剂科成立高危药品品管圈活动小组,经过全体圈员的广泛参与、充分挖掘确定本次品管圈活动的主题同时结合目前药剂科高危药品存在的问题,列出了具体的改进方法,对比品管圈活动开展前后的高危药品内差情况。结果进行品管圈活动后,高危药品的内差数从实施前的每月446次下降至6个月后的161次(t=6.735,P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动可以有效地改善高危药品的管理情况,减少出错次数和比率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the roles of quality control circle (QCC) in improving the management level of high-risk drugs.Methods The high-risk drug QCC team was set up in September 2012 in our pharmacy.The theme of QCC was determined after heated discussions by all members.Meanwhile,the specific improved methods were given aiming at the problems of high-risk drugs existing in our department.The difference of high-risk drugs before and after QCC activity was compared.Results After launching QCC,the difference of high-risk drugs was 446 times per month before the activity and decreased to 161 times per month after the QCC activity being carried out for 6 months ( t=6.735,P< 0.01).Conclusion The QCC activity can effectively improve the management of high-risk drugs in our department and reduce the error frequency and ratio,which is worthy of extension.更多还原
