【摘要】 目的探讨类固醇激素耳内给药治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选择2011年3月～2012年2月本科收治的80例突发性耳聋患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予耳内注射地塞米松治疗,随后检查两组患者的纯音测听(PTA),分析两组患者的言语分辨率(SDS)。结果观察组伴耳鸣31例,治疗后30例缓解或消失,对照组伴耳鸣34例,治疗后10例有所缓解或消失;观察组伴眩晕3例,治疗后均消失,对照组伴眩晕4例,治疗后均消失;两组PTA及SDS比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论类固醇激素耳内给药治疗突发性耳聋,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of steroid hormones in treatment of the sudden deafness.Methods 80 cases of patients with sudden deafness from March 2011 to February 2012 were divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) according to the random number table,the control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was given injection of dexamethasone by ear,and then pure tone average (PTA) of the two groups was checked,and the speech discrimination score (SDS) of two groups were analyzed.Results There were 31 cases of tinnitus patients in observation group,after treatment symptom was mitigated or disappeared in 30 cases.There were 34 cases of tinnitus patients in control group,symptom was eased or disappeared in 10 cases.The symptom of vertigo in 3 cases of observation group was disappeared after treatment,vertigo in 4 cases of control group was disappeared after treatment.The pure tone audiometry and speech discrimination score in observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of steroid hormones by ears in treatment of sudden deafness is obvious and worthy of promotion and application.更多还原
