【摘要】 目的探讨白血病干细胞相关基因在急性白血病中的表达及临床意义,为临床白血病的诊治研究提供参照。方法随机选取2008年1月～2012年12月本院收治的急性白血病(观察组)以及血液良性病(对照组)患者各50例,分别检测患者骨髓细胞HOX、Bmi-1与PTEN基因的表达水平并进行比较分析;同时,对观察组治疗后达到缓解患者(观察组A)与难治复发患者(观察组B)骨髓细胞HOX、Bmi-1与PTEN基因的表达水平进行检测并进行分析比较。结果观察组患者HOX、Bmi-1与PTEN基因均呈现出较高表达水平,对照组患者HOX、Bmi-1与PTEN均未见相应的表达;观察组A患者HOX、Bmi-1与PTEN表达水平较观察组B患者低,以上基因表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白血病干细胞相关基因(HOX、Bmi-1与PTEN)在急性白血病患者骨髓细胞中存在较高表达,对患者疗效观察及预后判断具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expressions of genes related to leukemia stem cells and further explore their clinical significance in acute leukemia,providing evidences for diagnosis and treatment of leukemia in clinical application.Methods 50 patients with acute leukemia(observation group) and 50 patients with benign blood disease(control group) were randomly collected from January 2008 to December 2012,and gene expression levels of HOX,Bmi-1 and PTEN in marrow cells of the patients were detected and compared.Furthermore,gene expression levels of HOX,Bmi-1 and PTEN in marrow cells were also monitored,compared and analyzed in patients in the observation group with remission after treatment(the observation group A) and in refractory and relapsed patients (the observation group B).Results Gene expression levels of HOX,Bmi-1 and PTEN in the observation group were high,which were not detected in the patients of the control group.Levels of HOX,Bmi-1 and PTEN in the observation group A were lower than that of the observation group B.There were statistical differences in the above comparisons ( P<0.05).Conclusion There were high expression levels of leukemia stem cell-related genes including HOX,Bmi-1 and PTEN in the marrow cells of patients with acute leukemia,which had important significances in observation of curative effect and prognosis of leukemia patients.更多还原
