【摘要】 目的检测组蛋白去CRIPTO-1在肺腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测60例肺腺癌及20例正常肺组织中CRIPTO-1蛋白表达的情况,并分析其表达与肺腺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果 CRIPTO-1蛋白在肺腺癌组织中的阳性表达率(65.0%)显著高于正常肺组织(15.0%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其蛋白表达与肺腺癌组织的分化程度、临床分期、组织学分型及淋巴结转移均密切相关,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRIPTO-1的过表达可能与肺腺癌的发生、发展有关,并对判断肺腺癌患者的生物学行为具有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate expression and clinical significance of CRIPTO-1 in lung adenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining were used to detect CRIPTO-1 protein expression in 60 cases of lung adeno arcinoma and 20 cases of normal lung tissue and the relationship between CRIPTO-1 expression and clinicopathologi cal features of lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of CRIPTO-1 protein in lung adenocarcinoma(65.0%) was significantly higher than that in normal lung tissue(15.0%),and there was a significant difference in group comparison(P<0.05).The expression of CRIPTO-1 protein was closely correlated with the differentiation,clinical stage,histological type and lymphatic metastasis in lung adenocarcinoma and there was a significant difference in group comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The overexpression of CRIPTO-1 may be associated with the carcinogenesis and development of lung adenocarcinoma and can be used for juduing its biological behavior.更多还原
