【摘要】 目的研究胸科手术评分系统(Thoracoscore中文版)在临床中的应用价值。方法选取本院在2000年1月～2006年12月348例胸外科手术病例进行临床研究,治疗过程中均采用胸科手术评分系统评估病情,给予针对性治疗。结果经过胸科手术评分系统评估,给予病患加强术前准备和积极内科治疗,效果显著。结论胸外科手术数字化风险评估系统简单易行,具有较高的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinic application value of thoracic operation scoring system (Thoracoscore Chinese version). Methods 348 cases of patients were taken into this study, all these patients were treated with thoracic surgery during 2000 January to 2006 December. Results The thoracic operation score system evaluation, can strength-ening preoperative preparation and active the internal medicine treatment, from which we can achieve a remarkable effect. Conclusion Thoracoscore thoracic operation score system is simple and practicable ,it also has a high value in clinical application.更多还原
