【摘要】 目的探讨乌头汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法以2010年1月～2012年4月本院收治的80例KOA患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组使用附桂骨痛颗粒治疗,观察组使用乌头汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、关节损伤相关因子水平。结果观察组患者临床治疗的显效率高于对照组,临床症状改善情况优于对照组,关节损伤相关因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌头汤可以有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,并能有效预防KOA的进一步恶化和复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of aconiti decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods 80 patients with KOA were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group from January 2010 to April 2012 in our hospital.The control group was treated by the fugui ostalgia particles,the observation group was treated by aconiti decotion.The clinical treatment effect,improvement of clinical symptoms and levels of factors related to joint injury of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was higher than the control group in the succes rate of clinical treatment and better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms and lower than the control group in the levels of factors related to joint injury,there was a statistical difference ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The aconiti decotion can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect for patients,improve their clinical symptoms and effectively prevent the further deterioration and relapse of KOA.更多还原
