【摘要】 目的探讨左旋甲状腺素钠治疗小儿甲状腺功能减低症的临床疗效。方法回顺性分析本院收治的60例小儿甲状腺功能减低症患者的临床资料,将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予左旋甲状腺素钠治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率为93.33%,对照组的总有效率为76.67%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗前两组患儿的血清FT₃、FT₄、TSH差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后FT₃、FT₄均显著升高,TSH显著降低,且治疗组变化幅度显著大于对照组（P<0.05）。结论采用左旋甲状腺素钠治疗小儿甲状腺功能减低症能迅速升高血清FT₄和FT₃,降低血清TSH,临床疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levothyroxine sodium in treatment of children with hypothyroidism. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of children with hypothyroidism was retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given with conventional therapy,and the treatment group received levothyroxine sodium therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%.and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,the differences was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The differences of the serum FT₃,FT₄,TSH before treatment was not statistically significant（P>0.05）.After the treatment,FT₁,FT₄ were significantly higher.TSH was significantly decreased.and the rangeability of treatment group was significantly greater than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion The levothyroxine sodium treatment of children with hypothyroidism can rapidly elevated serum FT₄ and FT₃,reduce the serum of TSH,and the clinical effect is significant.更多还原
