【摘要】 目的比较宫腔镜电切术前不同方法软化宫颈的效果。方法将130例行宫腔镜电切术的患者随机分为A组(阴道放置米索前列醇组)和B组(宫颈插管组),比较两组宫颈软化效果以及不良情况。结果 A组宫颈软化总有效率为91.2%,B组宫颈软化总有效率为80.6%,A组软化效果更明显(P<0.05)。A组胃肠道不适发生率为2.9%,阴道少量出血率为22.0%;B组心脑综合征和宫腔感染率分别1.6%和3.2%,阴道少量流血率为33.9%;A组不良情况相对更轻(P<0.05)。结论行宫腔镜电切术前采用阴道放置米索前列醇,较宫颈插管方式对宫颈的软化效果更佳,且阴道放置米索前列醇方式相对更安全方便,临床应根据患者的具体情况合理选用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of the cervix softening by different methods before hysteroscopic surgery. Methods One hundred and thirty cases of patients who were cured by hysteroscopic surgery were selected and divided into group A(vaginal misoprostol placement group) and group B(cervical intubation group),then the effect of the cervix softening and bad situation was compared.Results The total effective rate of the cervix softening of the group A was 91.2%,while the rate of the group B was 80.6%,the effective rate of the cervix softening of the group A was more better (P<0.05).The incidence rate of gastrointestinal discomfort of group A was 2.9%,the vaginal bleeding rate was 22.0%; cardio-cerebral syndrome and caused by intrauterine infection rate of group B was 1.6%and 3.2%respectively,the vaginal bleeding rate was 33.9%;the bad situation of group A was relatively lighter(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the cervix softening of non-menopausal women using vaginal misoprostol placement is better than using cervical intubation cervical before hysteroscopic surgery,and the method of vaginal misoprostol placement is more safe and convenient, the clinical should choose the method reasonably according to the actual circumstances of the patients.更多还原
