股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2009年8月~2012年8月本院骨科收治的股骨粗隆间骨折42例,随机分为动力髋关节螺钉(DHS)组和PFNA组各21例。比较两组的优良率、手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间情况。结果 PFNA组手术时间、术中出血量及骨折愈合时间均显著优于DHS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PFNA组优良率为95.2%,DHS组优良率为76.2%,PFNA组优良率显著高于DHS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与DHS相比,PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折治疗效果显著,具有手术时间短、术中出血量少及术后恢复快等优点,值得在临床上应用和推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA) in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods A total of 42 cases of patients who accepted operation in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2012 were performed the orthopedic admitted intertrochanteric fracture.All cases were randomly divided into dynamic hip screw(DHS) group and PFNA group,each groups had 21 cases.The excellent rates,operative time,blood loss and fracture healing time of the two groups was observed.Results The operative time,blood loss and fracture healing time of PFNA group were significantly superior to the DHS group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the excellent rate of PFNA group was 95.2%,the DHS group was 76.2%,the PFNA group was significantly higher than that of the DHS group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with the DHS,the PFNA is significantly effective in intertrochanteric fracture,because of shorter operative time,less bleeding and quick recovery after surgery,it is worth for clinical application and promotion.
