【摘要】 目的评价经鼻持续呼吸道正压通气(NCPAP)对2型糖尿病合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的治疗效果。方法选取临床确诊2型糖尿病合并OSAHS的患者共80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组在给予常规药物治疗的同时进行NCPAP治疗,对照组仅给予常规药物治疗。120 d后,观察两组治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、腰围、胰岛素水平、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、心电图、颈动脉超声以及尿白蛋白(UA)的变化。结果治疗后两组的BMI、腹围、胰岛素水平、HbA1c、CRP、脂肪因子(瘦素、脂联素)、心电图及UA差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),颈动脉超声各指标两组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NCPAP治疗合并OSAHS的2型糖尿病安全有效,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP) in treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Eighty cases of type 2 diabetes patients with OSAHS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Control group was only given routine drug treatment,and the treatment group was given NCPAP therapy on basis of control group.After 120 days treatment,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,fasting insulin,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),C-reactive protein(CRP),electrocardiogram,urinary albumin(UA),carotid ultrasound were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the BMI,waist circumference,fasting insulin,HbA1c,CRP,fat factor (leptin,adiponectin),eleetrocardiogram and UA in both groups compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05), carotid ultrasound index of two groups compared,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The NCPAP is effective and safe in treatment of T2DM combined with OSAHS,is worthy of popularization and application.更多还原
