【摘要】 目的观察丹叶胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的疗效。方法选择乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用常规保肝+拉米夫定+阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗,治疗组在上述治疗的基础上加用丹叶胶囊治疗,观察治疗后两组患者肝功能(ALT复常率)、HBV-DNA阴转率、肝纤维化血清指标(HA、LN、P-Ⅲ-P、Ⅳ-C)和肝血流动力学变化。结果两组均有一定疗效,但治疗组总体疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后肝纤维化血清标志物HA、LN、P-Ⅲ-P、Ⅳ-C含量均较治疗前明显下降,且显著优于对照组(P<0.01);彩色多普勒显示治疗组患者经治疗后门静脉内径及脾静脉内径均明显下降(P<0.01),而门静脉血流速度较治疗前增加(P<0.05)。结论丹叶胶囊具有改善乙肝肝硬化患者血清肝纤维化指标和血流动力学的作用,对改善肝硬化进程有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Danye capsule in treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,each group was 30 cases.The pa tients in control group were given conventional hepatoprotective + lamivudine + adefovir antiviral therapy,the patients in treatment group were added Danye capsule on the basis of control group,the liver function(the recovery rate of ALT),HBV-DNA negative conversion rate,serum liver fibrosis indexes(HA,LN,P-Ⅲ-P,Ⅳ-C)and the change of liver hemodynamics in the two groups after treatment were observed.Results The two groups had a certain effect,but the overall effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the that of control group,the difference was statistical ly significant(P<0.01);the contents of serum liver fibrosis markers HA,LN,P-Ⅲ-P,Ⅳ-C in treatment group after the treatment was significantly decreased,and significantly better than that of control group(P<0.01);at the same time,color doppler showed the portal vein diameter and diameter of splenic vein of the patients in treatment group was decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the flow velocity of portal vein blood was increased than before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Danye capsule can improve liver cirrhosis and hemodynamics serum liver fibrosis indexes in patients with hepatitis B,and it has a certain effect on the improvement of liver cirrhosis.更多还原
