【摘要】 目的探讨一次性无痛导尿管在泌尿外科经尿道前列腺电切术后的临床应用。方法观察2010年1月～2012年12月,本院泌尿外科经尿道前列腺电切术后患者共90例,随机分为研究组42例,经尿道前列腺电切患者术后应用一次性无痛导尿管的临床疗效与对照组48例留置普通三腔尿管对比,使用四点口述分级疼痛评分法及QOL生活质量评分进行评价。结果研究组应用一次性无痛导尿管的术后镇痛效果及术后3d的生活质量均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用一次性无痛导尿管,能有效减轻经尿道前列腺电切患者术后的疼痛,提高术后3d的生活质量,应用安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the disposable painless catheter after transurethral prostatectomy.Methods In the urinary surgery of our hospital,90 cases treated by the transurethral prostatectomy who were selected from January 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into study group of 42 patients and control group of 48 cases.The study group used the disposable painless catheter after transurethral prostatectomy,while the study group used the ordinary three-cavity catheter,then the clinical material of them was compared.A four-point oral grading of pain score and QOL(quality of life score) were applied to evaluate.Results The analgesic effect after operation and the life quality 3 days after operation in the study group were significantly better than the control group.It had statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of disposable painless catheter after transurethral prostatectomy can effectively alleviate the postoperative pain and improve the quality of life 3 days after operation.It is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
