【摘要】 目的研究口腔颌面部多发性骨折临床特点及其治疗。方法选取本院52例口腔颌面部骨折患者作为临床研究对象,按处理方法不同分成治疗组与对照组。对照组采用常规模式进行治疗,而治疗组采用同时期骨折复位与软组织清创相对进行治疗。结果两组患者治疗后,治疗组总有效率(96.2%)明显高于对照组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面部多处骨折患者需进行颅内压检测,依患者情况进行治疗,采用同时期骨折复位与软组织清创相对进行效果更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical manifestations and treatment of multiple fracture of oral and maxillofacial region.Methods Fifty-two patients with multiple fracture of oral and maxillofacial region treated in our hospital were chosen as clinical research objects and were divided into control group and treatment group according to treatment condition.Conventional treatment was given to patients in control group,while reduction of fractures and soft tissue debridement were given to patients in treatment group in the same period.Results Total effective rate of treatment group(96.2%) was significantly higher than control group(50.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with multiple fractures in oral and maxillofacial region are in need of intracranial pressure detection,and the treatment should be given depending on the patient’s condition.Reduction of fractures and soft tissue debridement in the same period can achieve better treatment results.更多还原
